How I enjoy my coffee:
At home, I drink a mostly black dark roasted iced coffee. When visiting a café, it’s either a cortado or an iced latte.

Countless rounds at the cupping table led me to my daily go-to coffee, which is what you'll find me brewing every morning when I arrive at the plant by 6:30 a.m. or in my drip coffee maker in the camper.

My favorite morning ritual is to use a well-seasoned moka pot and brew what is probably best described as "mud." Away from home it’s whole milk cortados and iced oat milk lattes.

You’ll often find me brewing a Guatemala using a pour-over, no cream or sugar so I can enjoy the pure coffee notes. When out, I’ll order a single-origin, Central or African, drip or pour-over, black, or an occasional oat milk latte, no flavor added.

How I enjoy my coffee:
Life is too short. Drink coffee how you want it. For me, that’s 100% Colombian, Medium Roast brewed strong in a Melitta cone filter with half-and-half and ½ pack of Stevia. When out, it’s a Cappuccino, even in the afternoon - to the dismay of my Italian friends.
